Exploratory Factor Analysis of Differential Classroom Behavior of Autism Scale (DCBA)

This research has explored the differential classroom behaviours of children with autism exhibited during their studies class time. The study used a sequential exploratory design. was conducted in district Lahore to develop an indigenous tool investigate behaviors autism. With help related literature and in-depth interviews teachers working for last 5 years, developed. self-developed validated by experts from relevant field. A sample 100 recruited using purposive sampling technique data collected indigenously developed scale. Exploratory factor analysis run find out emerging factors behaviors. revealed that there total eight students included communication deficit, inattentiveness, impulsiveness, lack socialization, academic approach, acting behaviors, sensory issues Restrictive Repetitive Behaviors. Future are needed reasons behind differences how these affect overall functioning.
